When you are headed off to college, finding a nice place to stay is huge. A safe, clean, and affordable living experience is exactly what we offer. We remodeled the apartment above Fredonia Pro Hardware into a 3 bedroom college rental 12 years ago. When we purchased East Main Laundry Co. in 2013, we also remodeled the apartment above the laundromat into a 4 bedroom college rental. Both of our apartments are spacious, well maintained, and easily accessible. Each has an entrance off of Main Street in the front, and rear with a village parking lot attached. Lastly...and most importantly...having a landlord that is readily available is paramount to the living experience you are looking for. It's who we are and our promise to you.
Rates
- $2,300 per semester, per student
- Includes gas, electric, water, sewer, garbage pickup, and wireless internet
- Security deposit of $300 is required
